These terms govern your use of the Radiance Electric website and your communications with us. By
using the site or contacting us, you agree to them.
Use of this site
The information on this site is provided for general informational purposes. Service descriptions,
timelines, and any pricing shown are estimates and not a binding quote. A firm quote is provided
after we review the specifics of your project.
Quotes & service requests
Submitting the contact form or otherwise reaching out does not create a contract. Any work is
subject to a separate agreement and a written estimate you approve before work begins.
SMS terms
If you receive text messages from Radiance Electric:
- We send replies when we miss your call or receive your quote request, appointment
confirmations and schedule changes, technician-on-the-way notifications, links to view and
pay your estimates, invoices and receipts, one request after a completed job to review us on
Google, and replies to your texts — typically up to three messages per week.
- Messages come from our office line or the Radiance Electric number you called or texted.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.
- Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- By providing your mobile number when requesting service, you consent to receiving
service-related text messages from us. Marketing messages, if any, require a separate opt-in.

How we collect SMS consent
There are three ways you can come to receive text messages from Radiance Electric, and all of
them start with you contacting us. We never buy, rent, or import phone numbers, and we never text
on behalf of another business.
- You call or text us first. If you call one of our business lines or send us
a text, our replies relate only to that inquiry.
- You submit our quote form at
radianceelectricinc.com/contact or the "Get a quote" form on any page.
Beside the submit button, visible before you fill anything in, we show this notice:
"By submitting, you agree to receive texts and calls from Radiance Electric about your
request. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Msg/data rates may apply." We record the
date, time, your IP address and the exact wording shown with every submission.
- You book service by phone or in person and give our office your mobile number
so we can reach you about your appointment and your job.
Every message relates to your own inquiry, appointment or job. We do not send marketing
or promotional text messages, and we do not collect consent for them anywhere. You can
reply STOP to any message to stop all of them, or HELP for help,
and we keep a permanent internal do-not-contact record of every opt-out.
Limitation of liability
The website is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Radiance Electric is not
liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site.
