Quotes & service requests

Submitting the contact form or otherwise reaching out does not create a contract. Any work is subject to a separate agreement and a written estimate you approve before work begins.

SMS terms

If you opt in to receive text messages from Radiance Electric:

• We send missed-call replies, appointment confirmations and reminders, technician-on-the-way notifications, post-service feedback and review requests, estimate or quote follow-ups, and replies to your inbound texts — typically up to three messages per week.
• Messages originate from (509) 435-7751.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.
• Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• By providing your mobile number when requesting service, you consent to receiving service-related text messages from us. Marketing messages, if any, require a separate opt-in.

Limitation of liability
